NORMAL packing, with all products in their original packages, send inside a padded (bubble) envelope. STEALTH packing, with all products in their original packages. Of course seeds are hidden as well as possible, considering the possibilities. EXTRA STEALTH packing, where seeds are taken out of the original packages and hidden. This will cost an extra € 9.00. NON REGISTERED mail will be dropped in the mailbox without having to sign for it. REGISTERED mail needs to be personally accepted and signed for by the recipient and in case of not being at home, being picked up at the postoffice. This will cost an extra € 7.50.

	GENERAL CONDITIONS PIRATES OF THE CANNABEAN 1. LOCAL LEGISLATION 1.a Piratesofthecannabean.com is legally working under Dutch law and sends seeds to all countries worldwide. But clients should be aware, it is possibly not legal in all countries to buy seeds and / or grow weed and therefore they need to inform themselves about local legislation and make sure they act conform this legislation. 1.b Piratesofthecannabean.com is not aware of local legislation concerning all countries and cannot be held responsible for unlawful purchases of seeds by customers from abroad. 2. POSTAL SERVICES 2.a Piratesofthecannabean.com can never be held responsible for the not arriving of seeds on the place of destination, because the possible reasons for such an event are not under its control. 2.b On request, seeds can be send by registered mail. For this extra costs will be added to the total price. 2.c In case seeds do not arrive, Piratesofthecannabean.com will not refund the money paid nor replace the seeds lost. 2.d In case seeds do not arrive, Piratesofthecannabean.com will not accept new orders from the same address, to prevent further disappointments. 3. QUALITY SEEDS 3.a “Pirate Seeds” seeds are tested regularly and always fresh but when seeds do not germinate because of reasons laying within the responsibility of Piratesofthecannabean.com, these seeds will be replaced with new ones. To determine the quality of the seeds in such a case, a documented germination test will be carried out when asked for. Based on this test will be decided if seeds will be replaced. 3.b On seeds of other breeders no guarantee can be given. 4. PAYMENTS 4.a The payment received by Piratesofthecannabean.com must be enough to cover the cost of the order plus all other costs connected to cashing the money, like for example additional costs made by the receiving bank for payments outside the EURO region. 4.b If the payment is not enough to cover the costs of the order, including additional transfer costs, seeds will not be send and money will not be refunded.
